• We accept payment by internet banking transfers to POSB Savings Account 147013930
• Kindly be informed that we will only process or reserve your orders once we receive your payment in full.

Shipping and Handling

• In stock items will be shipped out within 3 working days.
• Unless otherwise stated, local normal delivery is chargeable at S$1 for the first item, $0.50 for subsequent items.
• We provide free local normal delivery for orders above S$50. Free registered shipping for orders above $100.
• Local registered delivery is optional at an additional S$2.40.
• We are able to arrange local courier service at an additional cost of not more than S$8.
• We strongly encourage customers to opt for registered mail as we are not liable for any lost mail via transit.
• Please contact us for shipping rates to other countries.

Returns and Exchanges

• We regret to inform that there will be no cancellation once the payment has been made.
• We also do not accept returns and exchanges.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase (Pre-order/SPREE)

• We will only reserve your order upon receiving payment in full.
• The deposit is fully refundable if the pre-order/spree is unsuccessful.
• The deposit will be forfeited if the order is cancelled after the pre-order/spree is confirmed.
• Estimated delivery time for pre-order/spree is about 2-3 weeks.
• Orders will be shipped within 3 working days after the stocks arrive.
